ColorWander 朝色夕拾

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-13

By downloading or using ColorWander ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

The app is provided "as is"

ColorWander is a small indie app built by one developer. It is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

License to use the app

You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ColorWander on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) which governs all apps distributed through the App Store.

Free and Pro features

ColorWander is free to download and use at a basic level. A Pro subscription unlocks additional features.

Free tier includes:

Pro tier additionally includes:

Cards you have already exported are yours forever regardless of tier. Re-editing a card that uses a Pro layout requires an active Pro entitlement; without one the editor offers a free layout instead and your edits are preserved.

The exact feature split may evolve in future updates; the in-app Paywall is the source of truth for what each tier currently unlocks.

Subscriptions and pricing

Pro is offered through Apple's App Store under three tiers:

Exact prices are shown on the in-app Paywall and may vary by storefront.

Free trial. Where shown on the Paywall, the Yearly plan includes an Apple-managed introductory free trial (currently 7 days) for eligible new subscribers. The trial converts to a paid subscription at the displayed price when it ends unless cancelled at least 24 hours before; cancelling during the trial costs nothing. Any unused trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Auto-renewal disclosure. Monthly and Yearly subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. The renewal price is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel any time via Settings → [Your Apple ID] → Subscriptions on iOS.

Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Promo codes. Pro entitlements may be granted via Apple's offer code redemption sheet (Settings → Redeem promo code), which uses Apple's standard presentOfferCodeRedeemSheet API. Codes redeemed this way grant the same entitlement as a paid purchase.

Restoring purchases. If you reinstall the app or set up a new device with the same Apple ID, your Pro entitlement is restored automatically on first launch. You can also tap Settings → Restore Purchases to force a sync.

Your content

You retain all rights to the photos you bring to the app and the cards you export. ColorWander claims no ownership over your photos or exported cards. We do not upload them anywhere. The app collects anonymous usage statistics (no photos, no personal data; can be disabled in Settings → About) — see the Privacy Policy for full details on data handling and local storage.

Acknowledgements (third-party content)

ColorWander bundles the following third-party assets:

Fonts — all bundled as subsets; full license texts and pinned versions ship inside the app. SIL Open Font License 1.1 unless noted.

Geographic data

Literary corpus

The optional Literary caption mode draws from a curated quotation pool:

Each rendered caption preserves the original author and work attribution in-app.

Bundled font files and corpus data are static resources. They do not phone home.

Full attribution is also available in Settings → About → Acknowledgements inside the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will update the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app. Apple is not liable either, per the standard EULA. If you are unhappy with the app, your sole remedy is to stop using it and request a refund from Apple.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is based, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
